Return guidelines - Sneakzz

We offer a 14-day right of return for our laces. This means that after receiving your laces you have 14 days to request a return.

In order to be entitled to return, the laces must be unused, unregistered and in their original condition with packaging.

To initiate a return, you can [info@sneakzz.de] Contact. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that are returned without prior return request.

Damage and problems

Please check your order when you receive and contact us immediately when an article is damaged or an incorrect article has been delivered. We will solve the problem as soon as possible.

Exceptions - not entitled to return

Since our shoes are especially personalized according to your wishes, they are excluded from the return. So our shoes cannot be returned.
